How Scheduling Works:
Upon signing up for our services, your Care Manager will select a day of the week that we’ll come out to perform your scheduled blood draws.
- Once you have your resident’s lab orders from their ordering doctor
- Fax all orders for that day to: 480 -944 -9030 (With our attached facility cover sheet)
We’ll see you on your scheduled weekday.
Your resident’s lab results will be faxed to the doctor listed on the lab order Within 24 to 48 hours Or they can log in to our labs portal to get results.
