How Our Services Work:
- For Partnered clinics & facilities
If your doctor’s office or facility is partnered with us (uses our lab for testing and results), you pay $0 for our in-home or on-the-go collection services. Our lab bills your insurance directly for the tests performed. - For Non-Partnered clinics & facilities
If your doctor’s office or facility is not partnered with us (uses Sonora Quest, LabCorp, or a small specialty out-of-state lab requiring FedEx or UPS shipping), there is a $75 convenience fee. This fee includes:- Traveling to your location
- Collecting your blood
- Processing the sample (e.g., spinning it down, if needed)
- Delivering or shipping it to the lab of your choice
Payment Process:
After scheduling your appointment, an invoice will be sent to the email you provided during booking. Simply click the “Pay Online” button in the email to complete your payment. Payment must be received before a phlebotomist is dispatched to your location.
