This is how our services work:

• If your doctors office is partnered with us (uses our lab to run & result lab tests), you pay $0 for  our in home blood & on the go collection services & our lab bills your insurance for the tests we run at the lab (cbc, cmp etc..) “SEE A LIST OF ACCEPTED INSURANCES ON OUR PROVIDERS PAGE”.
• If your doctors office is NOT partnered with us (uses Sonora Quest, LabCorp or any specialty out of state lab that provides blood kits & require FedEx or UPS shipping of samples after drawn) you/the patient pay a Convenience Fee of $65 And we will deliver/send your specimens to the appropriate lab. Our convenience fee covers coming to your location, collecting your blood, spinning it down (if necessary) & delivering/sending it to the lab of your choice. After scheduling your appointment an invoice will be sent to the email you used when booking your visit, from there you will click the “Pay Here” button to input your payment information. Payment is due before a Phlebotomist is dispatched to your location.
